Refund policy

We accept exchanges on unused/unworn merchandise within 10 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order joan@joanramone.com

Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. We kindly request using a trackable service. 

After inspecting and approving the return, the goods for exchange will be shipped via USPS, at no charge.

Please contact joan@joanramone.com for an RA number and return instructions.
